Hello / Bongu!
It doesn’t seem very long ago that I wrote to you last, when we were looking forward to delivering the next practical course from our new Malta campus at the national stadium gym in Ta’ Qali!

Since then, we’ve run two sell out practical courses - the course in Malta mentioned above and another from our home campus in Dénia, Spain.
As I’m sitting here now in Denia Marina, sipping a café cortado and enjoying the warm Spanish sun, its time for me to reflect on those two recent courses and to also inform you guys about our plans for the autumn and beyond.

Level 2 Fitness Instructor Gym Qualification:
Module 1 Anatomy & Physiology:
